Today I wanna share with you this really good and yummy smoothie that I've been making. It's very easy and simple to make. It takes less than 5 mins. I got this recipe from cookingwithdog
Here's the following ingredients:
- 1 Ripe Banana
- 250ml Original Unfortified Soymilk (1.06 cups) or regular whole milk is fine
- 2 tbsp Ground Black Sesame Seeds
- Honey (about ½ tbsp)
- 3~4 Ice Cubes
This smoothie is healthy and nutritious.
