It's great to finally be back to the gym since I'm so cooped up at home. This year I want to make my ultimate 2017 goal to aim for a half marathon this year. I'm kind of scared, but apart of me, I want to take that challenge. I'm going to commit into to training and hopefully, I can manage on doing a half marathon when the time comes. Even just 30 mins away exercising is therapeutic from taking care of my daughter. I can't wait that this winter will be over soon so I can run outdoor as well. Surely, I will take it easy and not over do it.
In the past I posted My Race/Jogging Tips, I hope to apply those tips again when I'm racing. It's been a long while since I participated in a race. Sometimes I don't rely on my time sufficient as long I'm capable of finishing it my race. This time when training I want to try to make my time more sufficient...
